We measure, we enable, we report the gain.

A consulting and training program for construction organisations. Each department learns to solve its own repetitive work with AI, in plain language, on real files. The result is scored on the way in and on the way out.

measured, so the delta is defensible

Three things, and only three.

The scope is fixed on purpose. It is what makes the outcome comparable across departments and across firms.

01

Measure

A baseline across six maturity dimensions. The weight sits on an objective skill test: a real task, scored against a rubric written before anyone sits down. Self-assessment and usage data support it, they do not carry it.

02

Enable

Department workshops on the team’s own live work. People describe what they need in everyday language and verify what comes back. They never see or touch code, and no technical background is assumed.

03

Report

An exit measurement on equivalent but different tasks, so a familiar test cannot inflate the result. Management gets the gain per dimension, the time saved per task, and the before and after outputs side by side.

The shared backbone. Every cohort gets the same core, whichever departments take part. It is what makes the measurement comparable.

What AI can and cannot do

Where the tools are strong, where they quietly fail, and how to tell the difference in your own output.

Risk and data privacy

Which company data may be used and which may not, under KVKK and GDPR, and what that means for contracts and project files.

Verification discipline

How to check an output before it reaches a client or a site. Unverified use is expensive in construction, so this comes first.

Department by department.

Seven workshops, each built on three or four canonical scenarios. You pick the ones that apply. The method is ours, the solution is produced by your team on its own files.

QS & Commercial

The recurring taskCross-checking each monthly progress payment against the contract and its annexes, and finding the risky clauses buried in hundreds of pages.

After the workshopThe same check every month in minutes: penalty clauses, escalation formulas and claim limits surfaced, quantity and unit-price mismatches flagged.

Tendering

The recurring taskReading vast specifications inside a short bid window, where one missed clause turns a bid into a loss.

After the workshopWork items, units of measure and risky clauses extracted on every tender, with the price-adjustment formula explained in plain language.

Planning & Project Control

The recurring taskTracking progress data, catching critical-path deviation early, and producing a report for management every week.

After the workshopPlanned versus actual deviation calculated, the critical delay risks marked, and an executive summary out in minutes.

Procurement

The recurring taskComparing dozens of supplier quotes across formats, currencies and scopes, where the cheapest is often the least complete.

After the workshopEvery quote aligned in one table by item, unit price, delivery and payment terms, with scope gaps marked and the best offer justified.

Site Management

The recurring taskDaily reports, crew coordination and pulling scattered field notes together, which eats most of a project manager’s day.

After the workshopField notes turned into a standard daily site report, with work and crews summarised. Hours of reporting become minutes.

Quality (QA/QC)

The recurring taskRecording conformance to specification and managing non-conformances, where a late catch means demolition and rework.

After the workshopStandard non-conformance report drafts produced from inspection records, and the repeating issues pulled out of the history.

Executive

The recurring taskA pile of reports from several projects at once: plenty of data, little clear view, and slower decisions because of it.

After the workshopA one-page executive summary plus a risk list ranked by impact and likelihood, with the portfolio in a single view.

How the program runs.

Six phases over a few weeks. Every phase has one output, and the last one is the reason the rest exists.

01

Discovery

A fixed, half-day scoping session: departments, confidentiality rules, success criteria.

02

Baseline

Maturity assessment across perception, objective skill and current usage.

03

Workshops

Department sessions on live work, with coaching rather than lecturing.

04

Practice

Real use between sessions, with outputs collected as evidence.

05

Re-measurement

Exit assessment on equivalent but different tasks.

06

Impact report

Gain per dimension, time saved per task, before and after outputs.

Where the program ends, and the modules begin.

Being clear about this up front is what keeps the program honest and the expectations right.

What the program does
  • Measures where your departments actually stand, on real tasks.
  • Makes your team able to solve its own repetitive work, in plain language.
  • Sets the risk, privacy and verification rules before anything reaches a client.
  • Reports the gain in numbers management can act on.
What it does not
  • We do not produce the solution on your behalf. Your team produces it, we coach.
  • We do not build permanent tooling inside the program. That is what the Struence modules are for: integrated, running at scale, auditable, on your own data.
  • We do not promise deep integration in a few weeks. Literacy and skill move fast, real workflow change is a longer measurement.

Find out where your team actually stands.

Discovery is a fixed, half-day scope. You leave it with a department list and a measurement plan, not a proposal to read later.
